​​Der Titel des Ausstellungs- und Performanceprojekts Eh, What’s up Doc? nimmt Bezug auf den saloppen Catchphrase des Cartoon-Helden Bugs Bunny, mit dem dieser seine Gegenspieler begrüßt — kann es sein, dass der Hase eine krankhafte Obsession für sein Gegenüber entwickelt hat? Gemeinsam mit einer Gruppe von Osnabrücker Berufsschüler:innen, einem Pastor, dem Team des Kunstraums hase29, einem Handwerksmeister, einer Sozialpädagogin und weiteren Gästen entwickelt Hopp den Kunstraum als Bühne älterer Arbeiten und einer neuen Inszenierung. Das Setting dieser Inszenierung ist der Prozess des Umbaus, die Baustelle oder Werkstatt, die Praxis, die Taufe — nicht zuletzt die ewige Hoffnung auf Erneuerung. — Lukas Ludwig

The title of the exhibition and performance project Eh, What’s up Doc? refers to the slangy catchphrase of the cartoon hero Bugs Bunny, with which he greets his adversaries — could it be that the bunny has developed a pathological obsession with its counterpart? Together with a group of students of the Osnabrück vocational school, a pastor, the team of Hase29, a master craftsman, a social pedagogue and other guests, Hopp develops the exhibition space as a stage for older works and a new production.
